Website identity and contact
The public website and enquiry identity is coconutmilkprocessingline.com. A domain name is not a verified legal-entity name. Confirm the contracting party and commercial terms in a formal supplier offer before a transaction.
Information submitted
The form sends contact name, email, selected process scope and project requirements, with optional company, region and technical facts. We use these to review and respond to the equipment enquiry. Do not include payment details, credentials or unrelated sensitive information.
Verification and delivery
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides abuse verification and request-rate protection. Your network information and verification token are used for those controls. The enquiry is routed to the configured receiving mailbox through the email service; a success reference means service acceptance, not final inbox receipt.
Receipt retention
The receiving gate retains a request identifier, body digest and delivery status for seven days to prevent duplicate sends. It does not persist the enquiry body there. The browser tab session retains only reference, status and time for up to seven days or until the session is cleared; no form body is stored in browser storage.
Email records and your choices
Sent email may remain in the receiving mailbox for handling and follow-up under its operator’s retention process; no fixed deletion period has been verified. Ask the site contact for access, correction or deletion where applicable. Optional fields can be left blank.
Analytics and updates
The existing Cloudflare performance beacon may collect page and browser performance information. This rebuild does not send enquiry field contents to analytics or add advertising tracking. Hosting security logs and the verification provider’s necessary processing remain separate. This notice was updated on 20 September 2026.
