Product solution

Coconut cream production line

Define the richer composition and its physical behaviour before selecting downstream equipment.

Start with measured fat

A cream intention does not mean an existing milk supply has sufficient fat. Check feed composition and the required target; adding water cannot bridge a target above the feed fat level. Additional concentration is a separate engineering assessment, not a hidden promise in this line.

Review the extraction basis

For kernel projects, compare first and any subsequent extraction streams under measured water addition. Ask for the recovered mass and composition at the agreed sampling point, rather than treating all collected liquid as equivalent cream.

Test the actual product in motion

Provide viscosity with temperature and measurement conditions. Pumping, mixing, heat exchange and filling need this information. A nominal viscosity value without its conditions is a weak basis for equipment selection.

Evaluate texture after the full route

Homogenization and thermal history interact with the recipe. Assess the samples after the intended preservation and packaging conditions, using agreed texture and separation methods. A freshly mixed sample is only one observation.

Your line, from the right starting point

Three decisions. One clear boundary.

Cleaning support (separate from the product path): Cleaning circuit interface

  • Measure kernel feed, every water addition, extracted milk and residual meal separately.
  • Confirm sufficient incoming fat for the cream target. Added water cannot increase fat; richer feed or separately assessed concentration may be needed.
  • Thermal treatment and packaging remain open interfaces until product, package and distribution requirements are agreed.
  • This is a scope discussion, not a final equipment schedule. Homogenization duty and placement must be confirmed with product trials.
