UHT thermal processing module
Engineer the product treatment and aseptic outlet as one system boundary.
Technical duty overview. Exact model and rated performance are selected against your project specification.

What it receives
A defined coconut milk recipe with measured flow and physical properties.
Outlet
What it delivers
Treated product transferred through an agreed aseptic path to filling.
Structure and line connections
Select heat exchange and holding arrangements from product fouling, flow, viscosity and validation requirements. Identify diversion, sterile-side interfaces and instrumentation responsibilities.
Cleaning and inspection interface
Cleaning and sterilization are distinct validated duties. Confirm fouling removal, temperature measurement, sterile-side isolation and interfaces to the aseptic filler.
Selection data to specify
| Decision | Information needed |
|---|---|
| Product data | Fat, solids, particle size, viscosity and heat sensitivity |
| Process authority | Validated scheduled process, holding and flow measurement requirements |
| Packaging interface | Sterile buffer if used, transfer controls and filler acceptance conditions |
Application limits
UHT is an alternative to the in-container retort route here. A temperature label or machine purchase is not evidence of commercial sterility or shelf life.
Trial and acceptance evidence
Agree documented process validation, control verification and packaging-system qualification with the responsible specialists. Do not copy a generic time/temperature recipe.
