UHT equipment is one part of the route
The process brief must connect the treated product to sterile transfer and aseptic filling. Name the responsibility for every connecting vessel, valve, pipe and control interface. A UHT skid on its own does not establish an aseptic packaged product.
Choose the heat and homogenization arrangement
Provide composition, viscosity, particle limits and trial observations. Confirm homogenizer position, operating envelope and any sterile-side requirements against the chosen treatment and filling arrangement.
Include start-up, cleaning and changeover
Review cleaning circuits, sterilization responsibilities and how the line enters and leaves production. Utilities and control handshakes should be agreed with the actual filler supplier before fixing equipment boundaries.
