Coconut kernel cutter / grater
Prepare particles for extraction without hiding the feed basis.
Duty, interfaces & selectionProduct solution
Connect kernel extraction to a defined milk specification and packaging route.
From whole nuts, include preparation and kernel washing. With prepared kernel, start at inspection and extraction. With existing milk, specify composition and previous handling before choosing downstream treatment.
Use fat and total solids on a mass basis, required appearance, viscosity conditions and the intended cooking or ingredient application. Sample results, not a broad name, determine the trial brief.
Measure water used during extraction separately from recipe water added later. Assess recovered milk and residual meal; then adjust the formulation against the target composition. This makes recovery and finished-product output distinct.
List coarse-fibre removal, blending, homogenization, preservation and filling responsibilities. The packing route determines which thermal and hygienic interfaces need to be qualified.
