Inlet

What it receives

Measured milk or cream and identified recipe ingredients.

Outlet

What it delivers

A mixed batch or continuous feed within the agreed composition window.

Structure and line connections

Review working volume, agitation, ingredient addition, weighing or metering and transfer sequencing. The selected tank duty depends on whether it mixes, balances flow or holds product.

Cleaning and inspection interface

Specify drainability, mixing-shaft seals, spray coverage and access to ingredient-addition points. Confirm whether viscous residues and powder wetting zones need additional cleaning attention.

Selection data to specify

Project data required before confirming a model
DecisionInformation needed
Recipe basisFat, total solids and additions by mass; approved ingredient sequence
Working volumeUseful batch volume, heel, mixing time and upstream/downstream rates
Mixing evidenceUniformity sampling, foaming tendency and temperature range

Application limits

Water dilution cannot increase fat. A cream target above the incoming fat level needs an appropriate richer feed or a separately engineered concentration step.

Trial and acceptance evidence

Sample across locations and over discharge time. Confirm mass balance and composition uniformity before judging appearance or naming the finished product.
