Application limits

Added water increases collected mass without proving better fat recovery. Nameplate throughput and recovery must be confirmed on the agreed kernel and product criteria.

Trial and acceptance evidence

Weigh every inlet and outlet over a stable period, sample the relevant fat fractions and record rejected product. Compare like-for-like extraction boundaries.
