Structure and line connections

Choose screening or filtration duty from the required particle cutoff, viscosity, solids loading and acceptable product loss. Provide access for screen changes and pressure monitoring.

Cleaning and inspection interface

Define inspection of screens, seals and support surfaces. Confirm how retained fibre is removed before cleaning and how screen integrity is checked after reassembly.

Application limits

A visually smooth filtrate can still cream or separate. This duty does not replace homogenization, formulation assessment or thermal validation.

Trial and acceptance evidence

Measure filtrate and retained material across the run. Track pressure loss and product loss as the screen loads; confirm downstream equipment particle limits.
