Make recipe additions visible in the line specification.
Duty, interfaces & selectionProduct solution
Turn a formulation brief into a mixing, emulsion and packaging scope.
Record coconut ingredient type, target fat and solids, other ingredients, sweetness expectations, texture and package. Coconut water is a separate ingredient stream; it is not the output of kernel pressing.
A beverage plant may buy existing milk or cream and omit kernel extraction entirely. If extraction is included, keep its mass balance separate from subsequent formulation so additions do not disguise recovery.
List ingredients and their physical form, addition method and mixing sequence for technical assessment. Dissolving and dispersing ingredients may require different duties from simply balancing milk flow.
Agree a trial programme covering mixing uniformity, physical stability, thermal behaviour and package compatibility. A homogenizer or filter alone cannot establish a beverage’s safety, market definition or shelf life.
