Compare coconut milk line proposals on equal terms

A useful comparison shows the delivered boundary, evidence and exclusions alongside the equipment list.

Normalize the inlet and output

Whole nuts, prepared kernel and extracted milk are different inputs. Specify the feed basis, target recipe and package route first. Ask each supplier to mark work completed upstream and the exact condition delivered at the outlet.

Replace a single rate with a schedule

State input kg/h, batch sizes, expected running hours, cleaning and changeovers. Require the supplier to explain the bottleneck and the evidence behind any output claim. Separate nameplate rate from accepted finished-product output.

Ask for evidence that matches the offer

Request model-specific drawings, contact-material information, applicable conformity documents, utilities and the trial conditions behind performance claims. A similar photograph or another product application is not verification of the proposed module.

Make exclusions visible

Identify installation, utilities, recipe trials, thermal validation, packaging qualification, training, spares and service responsibilities. Record commercial terms in the formal offer; the website does not promise a price, delivery date or guaranteed process result.
