Shell removal & kernel preparation
Define the physical inlet before buying the first machine.
Duty, interfaces & selectionStarting material
Confirm whether husks are present. Define receiving, shell removal, paring and kernel washing before extraction.
State whether nuts arrive with husks, whether shell opening and brown-skin removal are included, and how kernel is inspected. Keep debris and exposed food-contact handling separate.
Kernel goes to milk extraction; shells, meal and collected coconut water are different streams. Their handling responsibilities need names and connection points, even when outside the equipment offer.
Specify nut rate and measured prepared-kernel mass. The product output depends on actual composition, extraction, additions and acceptance criteria, not a fixed conversion from a nut count.
