Structure and line connections

Cleaning and inspection interface

Address vessel cleaning, cooling-water management, racks and package handling surfaces. This is not the same cleaning circuit as milk-contact tanks and pipes.

Application limits

Do not put a retort after an aseptic filler as a default line. Changes to recipe, container or load can require reassessment of the validated process.

Use qualified process evaluation and agreed traceable records. The website does not specify a universal sterilization cycle or an ambient shelf-life promise.
