Hold the feed comparison together
Identify recipe, fat, solids, inlet temperature and sample handling. Keep a matched control from the same batch. Record the selected machine, pass count and actual settings without treating them as a universal coconut recipe.
Record where homogenization sits in the line
Homogenization before heating and a configuration after heating have different hygiene and integration boundaries. State the actual sequence, maximum product condition, transfer arrangement and cleaning interfaces. A downstream sterile duty must be explicitly engineered rather than inferred from a pressure setting.
Compare samples under the same conditions
Record visible separation, body, sediment and any agreed droplet-size method at named times and storage temperatures. Use the same container and mixing history. Trial observations inform selection; they do not establish commercial shelf life.
