Translate the product brief into measurements
Describe intended cooking use, target composition, visible fibre limits and the texture you want. Use a reference sample and stated test conditions so incoming milk, process samples and final products can be compared.
Select the inlet and preparation scope
Prepared kernel projects include cutting, extraction and coarse-fibre separation. Purchased-milk projects start with a delivered specification and may instead focus on composition adjustment and downstream processing.
Choose packaging with distribution in mind
Compare chilled distribution, retort containers and UHT aseptic packaging against the actual product and market brief. Review cooking performance and separation with the chosen recipe and treatment rather than assuming that one process fits every culinary product.
