Coconut Milk Line Capacity | Kernel Input vs Milk Output

A useful capacity figure names the material, measurement point and operating conditions.

Name the capacity basis

Whole nuts per hour, prepared kernel kg/h, collected milk mass and packaged output are different figures. Choose the basis relevant to your starting material and describe the intended output separately.

Track where the mass goes

Record kernel, all water additions, milk, retained fibre and residual meal. Added water can increase liquid output without increasing recovered coconut fat. Use the same trial boundary when comparing press proposals.

Review the operating schedule

State production hours, changeovers, batch sizes and downstream filler demand. A quoted machine rate alone does not establish shift output for the connected line. Ask for model-specific trial evidence at your feed and product conditions.

Discuss your line capacity & output requirements

Send the material you receive, the product you want and the packaging boundary. Add measurements where available.
