Applications

Coconut Milk Ingredient Processing | Bulk Supply Scope

An ingredient supply project ends at an agreed milk specification and receiving interface, not automatically at retail filling.

Agree what the receiving process needs

Specify fat, solids, viscosity, particle limits and accepted handling history with the downstream user. State where the acceptance sample is taken and which test methods will be used.

Draw the actual delivery boundary

Review holding, product transfer and the receiving connection. If retail packaging is outside the project, keep it outside the quotation rather than adding a filler simply because other coconut milk lines include one.

Connect hygiene and production scheduling

Define expected holding conditions and the cleaning responsibilities on both sides of the transfer. Account for upstream extraction timing and downstream demand when agreeing the equipment scope.
