When to consider this route
A chilled product brief includes storage temperature, transport conditions and the time between production and use. The recipe and distribution plan determine treatment requirements; refrigeration alone does not define a suitable process.
Connect treatment, filling and cooling
Specify the product condition at the treatment outlet and filler inlet. Include bottle or container handling, filling hygiene, closure checks and the cooling handoff. Confirm which duties are supplied with the line and which belong to existing equipment.
Confirm shelf life with the actual product
Use representative formulation, packaging and storage conditions for the assessment. A machine temperature or a general coconut milk description cannot establish the finished product shelf life.
